Tammy M. Jones, 55, of Donna Drive in New Haven, passed away on June 26, 2013, at Yale New Haven Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1958 in New Haven, CT to the late Richard Jones Jr. and Helen (Williams) Jones. Tammy was engaged to be married to Garfield Richardson of New Haven. Besides her loving fiancé, Garfield, she leaves to cherish her memories; son, Marquis Pettway of New Haven; sisters, Wanda (Morrison) Manning of Dillion, SC, Ronda (Leroy Jr.) Gomes, Renee (Carlton) Knight of VA, Melba Harris, Maxine (Johnnie) Singleton all of New Haven; 1 grandchild and a host of other relatives and friends. A wake will take place Friday, July 5, 2013 from 4 – 8PM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St., New Haven, CT. A celebration of her life will take place Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 9AM at Shekinah Glory Apostolic Church 715 Dixwell Avenue, New Haven, CT with the Interment immediately following the service at Evergreen Cemetery.
