Tyland G. Jeffries, 36 of New Haven, born December 29, 1977 to Allen B. Jeffries and Bettie (Cousins) Muhammad entered eternal rest on August 31, 2014.
Along with his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory; step-father, Robert Muhammad; daughter, Tynae Jeffries; brothers, Darius and Gerald (Deneta) Fullwood; fiancé, Kate Coldren all of New Haven and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by; His brother Scottie Fullwood and his maternal and paternal grandparents. A celebration of his life will take place Tuesday September 9, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St. New Haven, CT 06511 with visitation at the funeral home from 9 – 11:00 AM. Interment is private.
