William Sinkler, 60, of New Haven, departed this life April 11, 2014.
Born in Sumter, SC, June 28, 1953, he was the son of the late Harklay and Martha Sinkler. Mr. Sinkler was employed for numerous years at Sam’s Club as a stock handler. He is survived by daughters, Selena Sinkler and Darnella Kirkland; a sister, Shirley Galloway; grandchildren, Malik, Jaliyah, and Jamecia Sinkler, Denisha Kirkland and Da’sani Jacobs; and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mr. Sinkler’s life and legacy will be held Thursday, April 17, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Burial will be private. Online guestbook available at www.curvinkcouncil.com
