Willie D. Dickey, 54, of Dorman St., New Haven, CT entered eternal rest on January 28, 2014.
He was born to the late James and Louise (Eaddy) Dickey on December 8, 1959 in Lake City, South Carolina. Mr. Dickey was a very loving and supportive father to his son. He was also very outgoing and loved to dress nice. His sense of humor and smile will never be forgotten. He leaves to cherish his memory; son, Jeron B. Burruss of New Haven; brother, Jerry (Mae Ella) DIckey of SC; sisters, Jennie Mae Edward of New Haven, Mary Alice (Olin) Graham of SC; Lue Jean Dickey of New Haven; 2 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother James L. Dickey and sister Annie Ruth Burgess. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 11am at Thomas Chapel Disciples of Christ, 30 White St. New Haven, CT 06519.
