A Chapel Street changeup now has a specific projected start date.
As well as a sign prepping drivers for two-way traffic.
That sign now stands just off the southbound travel lane of College Street near Chapel.
“Chapel 2‑Way Traffic,” reads one message on the electronic sign.
“College To York,” reads the next message.
“Begins 5 – 26-25,” reads the third.
