The city has announced two special Saturday Covid-19 vaccination clinics for New Haveners 75 years old and up.
The first takes place Saturday, Feb. 6; the second, Saturday, Feb. 20. They will run from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the health department, 54 Meadow St.
You can make an appointment by calling 203 – 639-2245.
The vaccinations are free. Free transportation is also available.
Also, there's this: " LJBeilman3 on February 4, 2021 9:32am
In response to 1644's comment, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center (CS-HHC) has called all of its patients who are 75 and older. Those calls were completed last week. If seniors 75+ want to contact CS-HHC for a vaccination appointment, they can call 203-503-3000 to schedule one. Thanks!"
I understand the above to mean that Scott-Hill, unlike Fair Haven Health, is vaccinated those who are not existing patients. I suspect its clinics may be more convenient for many. More options are always better.
