The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for Comprehensive Service and or Preventative Maintenance for HVAC Systems for Mixed Developments. Sealed bids will be received until October 26, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-bid conference/walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511 on October 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH.
