The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for HVAC/Boiler, Preventative Maintenance, Testing Repair and Emergency Service at the Elderly and Disabled Sites. Sealed bids will be received until October 26, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-bid conference/walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511 on October 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH.
