{media_1}More and more spoons are digging in to a New Haven-made frozen dessert — and a national organization is taking note.
Gelato Giuliana, the Long Wharf gelato factory, made the latest list of the Inner City 100, the fastest growing inner city businesses. The list is compiled by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City.

Gelato Giuliana landed at number 22 on the list, with a five-year annual growth rate of 54 percent and 2010 revenues of $1.2 million.
Prometheus Research, another New Haven company, hit number seven on the list, with five-year growth of 92 percent and 2010 revenues of $3.8 million.
