Notice of Decision
In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section (d) of the City Charter 2023 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE #3 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, FISCAL YEAR 2025 – 2026
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange Street, Room 202, where this notice may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
Ordinance vote 28 yeas and 0 nays.
Said ordinance was passed by the Board of Alders on May 27, 2025, and signed by the Mayor on June 13, 2025.
