Project Information:
This project is new Mixed-Use construction of a 5‑Story III‑A Residential building (170 units) over a 2‑Story I‑A containing enclosed garage, Retail & Amenities on the 1st grade level with Residential (30 Units)/Amenities on the 1st Podium level and Residential units on top Podium level and wood levels above.

The typical building footprint is roughly 30,000 SF per elevated level with an overall gross building square footage of 203,105 SF. The overall utilization of the space consisting is 16,596 SF of Retail — Tenant/Amenities, 9551 SF Lobby/Leasing/Amenity, 176,000 SF of Residential spaces with a grade level covered parking area of 16,792 SF.
