Bernice Juanita Bell, 72, of New Haven, departed this life August 24, 2012.
Born in Winnabow, NC, June 5, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Almeta Bell-Parker and Johnny Bellamy.
She is survived by 8 children; 18 great grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A celebration of Ms. Bell’s life and legacy will be held Friday, August 31, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven.
