Cassie Mae Colia Williams, 71 of New Haven passed away June 2, 2010. Daughter of the late Nathaniel Cloud and Euzell Allen, Cassie was born April 21, 1939 in NC. She leaves to cherish her memory, husband, Walter Williams of NYC; sons, Anthony Williams and Rashad M. Williams, both of New Haven; daughters, Jean Threatt of Hartford, Veronica Cassis (Jason) of New Haven; brothers, Apostle Howard Cloud (Corinthia) of SC, Harold Cloud (Virginia) of Bridgeport; sisters, Eugenia Burkett (Marcus) of New Haven, Mary Frances Anderson of NC; special “daughters,” Renee McGriff and Cheryl Townsend both of New Haven; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and a host relatives and friends. She was predeceased by sons, Walter, II and Zackery Williams; brothers, Robert and Willis Cloud, sister, Aurgenia Bryant, great-grandchild, Tyron Williams. A celebration of her life will take place Wednesday June 9, 2010 at 8:00 PM at the United House of Prayer for All People, 100 Dixwell Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Wednesday at the church from 7 – 8:00 PM. Interment will take place Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 10 AM at Evergreen Cemetery, New Haven. Services by Howard K.
