Dolores E. Bush, 64, of New Haven, departed this life October 23, 2010.
Born in Pitt County, NC, October 21, 1946, she was the daughter of Gaytha Mae Bush and the late Clifton T. Bush, Sr.
Ms. Bush was employed at the Agency on Aging as a Case Manager and was a member of Varick AME Zion Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, Erik Bush, brothers, Clifton T. Bush, Jr., Curtis R. Bush (Debra), Edward W. Bush (Trina) and Gary T. Bush (Sherry); sisters, Delzora and Willie B. Bush and Angela Pouncey; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Bertha Bush.
A celebration of Ms. Bush’s life and legacy will be held Friday, October 29, 2010, at 11:00 AM at St. Paul UAME Church, 1267 Chapel St., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Professional services entrusted to Curvin K.
