Elder Vashni Thaddeus Davis Sr., 92 resting in the Lord May 18, 2009. Vashni was born June 03, 1916 in Cleveland, OH. He leaves to cherish his memory; Wife, Bertha G. Davis of Waterbury, CT; Sons, Vashni T Davis Jr. of Waterbury, CT, Joaquin (Joe) Davis of Bridgeport, CT, and Jonathon Davis of Manchester, CT; and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brother Alpheaus Davis, and two sisters Ruby Jeffries and Edwardina Davis. A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at 11 AM at Mt. Zion Seventh Day Adventist Church 64 Marlboro St Hamden, CT 06517. Friends may call Tuesday at the church from 10 – 11 AM. Interment will be in Hamden Plains Cemetery. Services by The Howard K.
