Rosemond, Andrew. Jr., of New Haven, CT, died on July 6, 2014 in his home at the age of 61.
Born Jan. 17, 1953 in New Haven, CT, son of the late Annabelle (Burnette) and Andrew Rosemond Sr. Andrew graduated from West Haven High School. Upon his graduation Andrew “Uncle Buford” Rosemond Jr. worked at odd jobs as a technician. His love of music, fishing, antiques, wood carving, and playing the drums kept him engaged regularly sporting his cap, aviator glasses and bandana. Andrew leaves behind two sons, Jamal Rosemond and Andrew Rosemond III, a Sister Patricia Stokes of West Haven, a Brother Claude Rosemond of Massachusetts, and a handful of nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren. Andrew is predeceased by two sisters Faye C. Lumpkin and Mable G. Graves. The family will be having a private memorial in the coming days and will notify family and friends personally.
