Gone Dishing

In 1902 the YMCA hosted a gala opening of a roof garden and restaurant atop its building, which stood on Temple Street. We don’t know how the food was, but by the evidence of our article, tech-crazy New Haven sported the finest newfangled industrial dishwasher in New England.
