HVAC/Boiler, Preventative Maintenance, Testing Repair and Emergency Service at the Elderly and Disable Sites

The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for HVAC/Boiler, Preventative Maintenance, Testing Repair and Emergency Service at the Elderly and Disabled Sites. Sealed bids will be received until October 26, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-bid conference/walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511 on October 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH. A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from HANH’s front desk at 360 Orange Street beginning on October 3, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. Additional questions should be emailed only to Karen DuBois-Walton at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) no later than October 18, 2011 @ 5:00 p.m. All answers to the questions will be posted on HANH’s Website at www.elmcitycommunities.com.
