Chris Randall Photos
The old English Station power plant on Grand Avenue may look like a mess from the outside. And it environmental and other woes may be keeping it empty and a neighborhood problem. But boy, what a world of visual wonders meets the intrepid visitor inside, as Wooster Square’s Chris Randall found out recently. He sent along these photos. Who’d a spelunk it?
