Annie P. Lewis, 72, of New Haven born on November 28, 1942 in Rockingham, NC to the late Walter Hailey and Martha Jane Patterson, passed away March 29, 2015.
Annie was gainfully employed, for some time, with American Medical Response (AMR) as a claims manager. She will be remembered for her caring and helpful personality and her strong will. She was also a devoted mother and loving wife for over 50 years and will be sorely missed. She leaves to cherish her memory son Jarmein Lewis of New Haven, siblings Lonnie Hailey, Jean Kensey, Cassie Hailey, and Diane Hailey all of New Haven, grandchildren Amani Daniels, Jahdese Lewis, Malik Daniels, and Kyle Lewis all of New Haven, and a host of relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will take place Saturday April 4, 2015 at 9 AM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services; 1287 Chapel St. New Haven, CT 06511, with visitation Saturday from 8 – 9 AM.
