Bishop Eugene Walker

Bishop Eugene Walker, of New Haven, went home to rest on October 29, 2010 with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Adele Walker.
He was the son of the late Beady Marshall.
Prior to retiring, he was employed at Supermarket Distributor as a Truck Driver.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Avon, Cyril Chuckie”, Bernard and James (Deborah) Walker and John Hughes; daughters, Wahwee Walker, Alice Pritchett and Wendy Mcleod; a sister, Esther Brawner; and many loving grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service to celebrate Bishop Walker’s life and legacy will be held Thursday, November 4, 2010, at 5:30 PM at Deliverance Temple Pentecostal Church, 584 Congress Ave., New Haven.
