Gary Rogers, 49 of New Haven, CT passed away May 6, 2012.
He leaves to cherish his devoted wife of 15 years Tracey Rogers. Born to Curtis and Inez Rogers in New York, NY on October 3, 1962. Gary was employed by Acord, Inc. as a Job Coach for 12 years. Besides his wife, he leaves to cherish his memory; 4 sons Jamal Rogers, Marquis Baines and Timothy Riggins all of West Haven and Gary Rogers of New Haven; 1 daughter, Tamara Rawls of West Haven; 4 brothers Sam, Harold (Amber) and James Hillard all of New York, NY and Robert (Denise) Allen of West Haven; sisters, Diane (John) Smoakes of Hamden, Debra (Owen) Johnson of New Haven and Donna (Darrel) Spears of Ansonia; 2 grand children and a host of family and friends. A celebration of his life will take place Monday, May 14, 2012 at 11AM at Bethel AME Church, 255 Goffe Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Calling hours at the church on Monday from 9 – 11AM.
