Gennie M. Boyd was born on June 26, 1924 to the late Eugene and Rosa Cason Williams in Auburn, AL, the third of eleven children. Gennie M. Boyd is lovingly in the hands of the Father. On January 13, 2010, she suddenly went home to be with the Lord. To cherish her beloved memory, she leaves her caregiver and devoted niece, Jo-Ann Jones; three sisters, Viola Harris, Rosie L. Jones, both of Shorter, AL and Mildred (Jimmy) McNeal of Maryland; adopted sister Ernestine Jackson of West Haven, CT; brothers, David (Myrtle) Williams of Shorter, AL, Robert (Janet) Williams of Virginia; godsons, Rasheem Dixon, Herbert Jackson, Jr, along with a host of nieces, newphews, cousins, other loving family and many loyal friends. Her parents preceded her in death along with sisters, Mary L. Pritchett, Hattie P. Dixon, Dorothy W. Atkinson and brothers, James A. Williams and Lum Williams. Services by Howard K.
