Gloria Hubbard, 68, of New Haven, passed away Nov. 7, 2017.
She was born in Winter Haven, Fla. to the late Joseph and Jennie Willis Crudup on May 17, 1949. After many years of dedicated service, she retired from Montowese Health and Rehabilitation Center as a nurse’s assistant.
Gloria leaves to cherish her memory, brothers, Joseph Charles Crudup, Joseph Crudup, Jr., David (Wanda) Crudup, and Ellish (Betty) Crudup; sisters, Loria (Samuel) Brown, and Patrina Crudup; grandchildren, Nehemiah Moore and Cynthia Malloy-Johnson; special godchild, Keyeriah Mae Williams; and a host of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Charles Hubbard; brothers, Lemuel Crudup and James Crudup; and sister, Marilyn Smothers.
A celebration of her life will take place Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Trinity Temple C.O.G.I.C., 285 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Wednesday at the church from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment will be at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven. Services by Howard K.
