Julian “Mitch” Harris, Sr., 63, of New Haven, passed away Feb. 19, 2017.
He was born in New Haven to the late Julius and Jane Bannister Harris on Aug. 9, 1953. He worked as an auto technician at Crest Lincoln Mercury for many years.
Mitch leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Lynda Sams-Harris; sons, Julian Harris, Jr. and Brandon Harris; daughter, Michelle Harris-Little; brother, Kevin Harris; sisters, Rosalyn Agbodoe and Minnie(Philip) Evans; grandchildren, Kaeshon, Johnnasia, Jaylese, and Bryson; three great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers, Julius Gamble and Charles Williams.
A celebration of life will take place Feb. 27, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Ebenezer Chapel, 50 Dwight St, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Monday at the church from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven. Services by Howard K.
