Lydia Connerley, 81, of New Haven born on April 28, 1935 in Coamo, Puerto Rico to the late Victor Velez and Victoria Miranda, and wife of Harold Connerley, entered eternal rest July 20, 2016.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory son Jose Mendez of North Haven, Brother German Velez of New Haven, sisters; Reina and Paula Velez both of New Haven, and Carmen Tiravo of Puerto Rico, four grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
