Patrick A. Dennis, 55, of New Haven born on September 17, 1960 to the late William G. Dennis, Sr. and Eloise (Devine) Dennis, entered eternal rest May 20, 2016.
Patrick was gainfully employed at Yale New Haven Hospital in the Environmental Services department. He was also known as a popular and respected bartender in several establishments in the New Haven area. He enjoyed leisurely activities such as cooking, listening to jazz and dancing. He leaves behind to cherish his memory brothers; William (Sheila) Dennis, Peter Dennis, Paul (Gloria) Dennis, and Parker Dennis all of Hamden, and Perry (Julie) Dennis of West Palm Beach, FL, sisters; Patricia Rice of Hamden and Peggy A. (Daryl) Scopino of Naples, FL, and many-many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brother Phillip Dennis and sister Phyllis Dennis-Murphy. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday May 27, 2016 at 11 AM at St. John the Baptist Church; 782 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT 06511, with visitation Friday at the church from 9 – 11 AM.
