Rosemary Meisner-Towles, born June 12, 1937; a woman of beauty, talent and faith left this Earth on August 13, 2014 to join her daughter, Jody Meisner; father, Benedict Johnson and mother Mary Mazzacane.
She leaves to behind her loving husband, Albert Towles; daughter, Christine Nape; son, Eugene Allen Meisner, Jr.; sisters, Dorothy Johnson Holohan and Deborah Johnson; a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends also to mourn her passing.
Rosemary was a lover of literature and music. She was trained in all forms of dance including classical ballet. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of her life will take place Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 12:00 Noon with visitation at the funeral home from 10:00 AM — 12:00 at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Entombment will take place at a later date in an Evergreen Columbarium, New Haven, CT.
