Sonia Davy, age 72, departed this life on April 10, 2016.
She was born on April 30, 1943 in Kingston, Jamaica to the late Sybil Martin and Isator Jack Davy. Sonia loved good food, socializing, reading and debating. She had a great personality that would light up a room. Sonia worked in Elderly Care and consistently volunteered her services throughout her community. Leaving to cherish her memory, two daughters: Bridgett Campbell of FL and Denise Eldred of TX; one son Wayne Campbell of FL; grandchildren, Fiona Desland, John and Nicole Eldred; niece, Sophia Hall; nephew, Boyd Bedward and a host of family and friends. Memorial service will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St., New Haven, CT at 10AM.
