ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS DESIGNATING THE CORNER OF BREWSTER STREET AND SHELTON AVENUE AS GENERAL BISHOP ELIJAH DAVIS, JR. CORNERIN PERPETUITY TO HONOR THE LIFE AND LEGACY OF BISHOP ELIJAH DAVIS, JR. FOR HIS GREAT CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE NEWHALLVILLE COMMUNITY AND CITY OF NEW HAVEN.

Said person shall have the same opportunities to provide comment or otherwise participate” in the meeting as would be afforded if the meeting were held in person with the following exception: under law, the commission is not required to adjourn or postpone the meeting if any person loses the ability to participate because of an interruption, failure, or degradation of any person’s connection to the meeting by electronic equipment.
