The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for UFAS 57
Kingswood & 5 Waverly Street. Sealed bids will be received until August 23, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-
bid conference followed by a walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511
on August 3, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without
attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH. A complete copy of the requirement may
be obtained from HANH’s front desk at 360 Orange Street beginning on July 25, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m.
