The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids HVAC/Boiler.
Preventative Maintenance, Testing Repair and Emergency Service at Selected Elderly and Disabled
Sites. Sealed bids will be received until March 22, 2011 @ 3:00 PM . A pre-bid conference followed
by a walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511 on March 10, 2011 at
10:00 a.m. Although attendance is not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough
is not in the best interest of HANH. A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from
HANH’s front desk at 360 Orange Street beginning on February 28, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. Additional
