ORDER OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN APPROVING THE MODIFICATION OF PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT #49 TO (A) EXPAND THE BOUNDARIES OF PARCELTO INCLUDE THE ENTIRETY OF THE REAL PROPERTY KNOWN AS 291 ASHMUN STREET, 309 ASHMUN STREET, AND 178‐186 CANAL STREET (MBLU 282 0348 00202), AND (B) TO ALLOW FOR RESIDENTIAL USE OF UP TO 176 APARTMENT UNITS, 88 (OR MORE) PARKING SPACES, AND RELATED COMMUNITY/AMENITY SPACE.

Since this meeting will be held using solely electronic equipment, participation by a quorum of members at the same physical location is prohibited unless that location is made open to the public.

Said person shall have the same opportunities to provide comment or otherwise participate” in the meeting as would be afforded if the meeting were held in person with the following exception: under law, the committee is not required to adjourn or postpone the meeting if any person loses the ability to participate because of an interruption, failure, or degradation of any person’s connection to the meeting by electronic equipment.
