Gov. Dannel P. Malloy lifted the travel ban on the state’s highways at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
“Use your heads when it comes to driving, he said in a release. “If a road appears impassable because of water, downed wires, fallen trees or other debris, do not attempt to drive through it.”
