The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for Comprehensive
Service and or Preventative Maintenance for HVAC Systems for Mixed Developments. Sealed bids
will be received until August 25, 2011 @ 3:00 PM. A pre-bid conference/walkthrough will be held at
360 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511 on August 10, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. Although attendance is
not mandatory, bidding the project without attending walkthrough is not in the best interest of HANH.
A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from HANH’s front desk at 360 Orange Street
beginning on August 1, 2011 @ 3:00 p.m. Additional questions should be emailed only to Karen
