A 28-year-old New Haven man is in the hospital in “critical but stable” condition after getting shot in the head Friday on Long Wharf.
So reported police spokesperson Capt. Anthony Duff.
Police received multiple 911 calls around 3:30 a.m. about the shooting. They found the victim “unresponsive in the driver’s seat of” an SUV parking in the front lot of the Mobil station at 200 Sargent Dr.
The victim received emergency surgery and is so far holding on. Duff asks anyone with information to call police at (203) 946‑6304.
