Officials shut down Willow Street early Friday after a brawl erupted outside a party and sent a man to the hospital.
Police spokesman Capt. Anthony Duff said the 17-year-old young man was shot outside in the shoulder the party around 12:15 a.m. The party took place on Willow between Mitchell Drive and Nash Street. A 15-year-old young woman was also injured in the leg by glass fragments.
Between 50 to 100 people were outside the party when the brawl occurred, reported WTNH.
