Vaccinations Available For Homebound New Haveners

Homebound New Haveners 16 and older can now get vaccinated against Covid-19 without traveling to a clinic.

The city’s Health Department and American Medical Response (AMR) teamed up to begin offering the weekly service.

The crew will make homebound visits to administer vaccinations on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

To make an appointment, call1-877 – 918-2224 or register online here.

A school nurse will participate in the home vaccinations, and an AMR EMT will be on hand.

This partnership with AMR will enable us to reach a vulnerable segment of our community that might otherwise find it very difficult to get vaccinated,” city Health Director Maritza Bond stated in a release.
