Onslo Kent Arrington, 84, of New Haven departed this earthly life on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the Autumn Lake Rehabilitation Facility.
Onslo Kent Arrington was born May 11, 1936 to the late Kenton Arrington and Mary Arrington in Nash County, North Carolina.
Kent attended Nash County Training School and worked at Davidson Pipe supply Company over 40 years until he retired.
Kent had his own quiet personality. He will be missed by many especially for the phone calls just to call to said “hello and how y’all doing down there?” Bryan and the family will feel his absence the most.
Kent leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted loving son Bryan Kent Arrington, and daughter in law Gwendolyn Arrington of Norwalk; three brothers-in-law; Nathaniel Evans (Beulah) of Nashville, NC, Walter Evans (Michelle) of Rocky Mount, NC, and Bobby Evans (Annie) of Raleigh, NC; special niece Kimberly Evans of Raleigh, NC; a host of nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews; and relative and friends.
Kent was married to the late Sally Mary Arrington for forty-eight years before her passing. He was preceded in death by one sister, Velmarie Alston, and one brother, Vernon Arrington.
