In accordance with Article IV section 3 (a) and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT AND ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT APPROVING AN APPLICATION BY 446A BLAKE LLC FOR AN AMENDMENT TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT # 103 FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 144 DWELLING UNITS LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 1.89 ACRES OF LAND GENERALLY BOUNDED BY BLAKE STREET, THE WEST RIVER AND A PORTION OF PDD 103 KNOWN AS 446B BLAKE STREET.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where it may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on November 21st, 2022 by a vote of 22 yeas and 0 nays. And approved by the Mayor on December 20th, 2022.
Said ordinance will become operative and in effect on December 28th, 2022.
