LM-2024 – 0210 RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO APPLY FOR AND ACCEPT A GRANT FROM THE CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $975,700 AND TO PARTNER WITH PENNROSE, LLC TO SUPPORT THE PARTIAL DEMOLITION AND ABATEMENT OF THE FORMER STRONG SCHOOL FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
