Giordano Construction Co,. Inc. acting as Construction Manager for West Ridge Apts. LLC is requesting licensed and insured contractors to provide bids for the new construction development located at 15 Stone Street, New Haven for the project known as West Ridge Apartments. The CM & Owner are seeking proposals for all trades. Plans can be viewed in iSqft/ConstructConnect. If you are interested in bidding please contact Giordano Construction via email at [email protected] with company name and complete contact information and we will send you an invitation to bid through which you may view all the contract documents. The project funding includes CHFA, DOH, and City of New Haven contributions. The project wages rates required are the higher of Davis Bacon or DOL Building Prevailing Wage. The selected company and any subcontractors must comply with EEOC workforce requirements.

A bidding site meeting will be held at 40 Austin Street Lower-Level Community Room at 10am on 12/28/2023. All bids are due by January 24* 2024 at 3pm.
