A certified list of one (1) Democratic party-endorsed candidate for the City of New Haven for election as Board of Alder for the 28 th ward vacancy will be on file with the City Clerk’s Office, 200 Orange Street, New Haven, Connecticut, and copies thereof will be available for public distribution. A Special Election will not be held, pursuant to Sections 9 – 224a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
