In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS ESTABLISHING THE NEW HAVEN LAND BANK AUTHORITY PURSUANT TO PUBLIC ACT 19 – 175 CODIFIED AS CONNECTICUT GENERAL STATUTE 7 – 148p TO BE CALLED THE NEW HAVEN LAND BANK, INC.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on September 19,2023 by a vote of 25 yeas and o nays. Approved by the Mayor on September 25, 2023.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
