In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1, OF THE BOARD OF ALDER APPROVED FISCAL YEAR 2023 – 24 BUDGET: SEEKING APPROVAL FOR THE RECLASSIFICATION OF GENERAL FUND POSITION TITLE WITHIN THE NEW HAVEN FIRE SERVICES DEPARTMENT FROM FIREFIGHTER/EMT TO FIREFIGHTER PARAMEDIC — LATERAL
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on September 5, 2023, by a vote of 26 yeas and 0 nays. Approved by the Mayor on September 19, 2023.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
