In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS TO ARTICLE I DEFINITIONS; ARTICLE II, ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS: ZONING MAP; ARTICLE V §§ 42 (USE TABLE), 42.6 ADULT-USE CANNABIS, 43.3 SPECIAL PROVISIONS IN THE MULW DISTRICT, 43.1, AND 45 BY ADDING A NEW MIXED-USE LONG WHARF ZONING DISTRICT (MULW) FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING THE LONG WHARF RESPONSIBLE GROWTH PLAN
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on September 19, 2023, by a vote of 23 yeas and 2 nays. Approved by the Mayor on September 25, 2023.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
