In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ZONING ORDINANCE MAP AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DESIGNATIONS FROM GENERAL BUSINESS (BA), WHOLESALE AND DISTRIBUTION (BE), LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (IL), AND HEAVY INDUSTRIAL (IH) TO A NEW MIXED-USE LONG WHARF DISTRICT (MULW) WITHIN THE BOUNDARY OF THE LONG WHARF RESPONSIBLE GROWTH PLAN.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on September 19, 2023, by a vote of 25 yeas and o nays. Approved by the Mayor on September 25, 2023.
Said ordinance became operative and in effect upon Mayor’s signature.
