In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE BOARD OF ALDERS OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN AMENDING ARTICLE VII. — BUDGETARY AND FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION SEC. 2 – 376, SEC. 2 – 451, SEC. 2 – 481 — 2 – 488, AND SEC. 2 – 385 — 2 – 386 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES (PURCHASING ORDINANCE).
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted as Amended by the Board of Alders on October 16, 2023, by a vote of 21 yeas and 0 nays. Signed by the Mayor on November 21, 2023.
Said ordinance becomes operative and in effect on November 24, 2023.
