In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO APPROPRIATING ORDINANCE NUMBER #1 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 – 23; PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VIII OF THE CITY CHARTER AND SECTION 2 – 385 TO SECTION 2 – 389 OF THE CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES TRANSFER NUMBER 23 – 999 IS SEEKING APPROVAL TO ELIMINATE NEGATIVE LINE-ITEM BALANCES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 6 – 30-23.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on October 16, 2023, by a vote of 21 yeas and 0 nays. Signed by the Mayor on November 21, 2023.
Said ordinance becomes operative and in effect on November 24, 2023.
