In accordance with Article IV section 3 and Article V section 1 (d) of the City Charter, 2013 revised, notice is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO TITLE IV OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN’S CODE OF ORDINANCES, THE FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED IN SEPTEMBER 2023, TO CORRECT INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THIS ORDINANCE AND RECENTLY APPROVED ZONING ORDINANCE CREATING THE “LIGHT INDUSTRIAL COASTAL OVERLAY” AREA WITHIN THE MIXED-USE LONG WHARF DISTRICT.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St, Room 202, where it may be inspected, or copies applied for, and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance was enacted by the Board of Alders on December 4, 2023 by a vote of 25 yeas and 0 nays, and signed by the Mayor on December 12, 2023.
Said ordinance will become operative and in effect on December 15, 2023.
